When you build your home with G.T. Issa Construction, you gain the benefit of in-house selection consultations. Instead of making our customers run from vendor to vendor throughout the building process, we meet one-on-one with you to assess your style and personality. After gaining your perspective, we offer a step by step selection process where elements such as brick, stone, tile, cabinets, paint colors, etc. are at your fingertips.


We believe the building process should be as stress-free as possible. Therefore, we offer guided design assistance at our conveniently located Design Center. Unlike other builders who do not offer this luxury, our Design Center is a creative space specifically used for you to watch your dream home come to life. We think you’ll be pleasantly surprised at how many of other builder’s “upgrades” are our “standard” finishes and features.

We have customers join us in the building process at all stages of development. Depending on how early your involvement begins, you have a plethora of options to truly customize your home beyond what most other cookie-cutter builders can offer.


Generally, every homebuyer’s experience starts with reaching out to us through our Start the Conversation form here on our website. This tool allows us to gain an understanding of your needs and follow up with information on what we can do to make your dream a reality. One of our home specialists will review your input and reach out to you via email to share the floor plans, available homes, or information we think would best fit your needs. 


Whether you are in the early stages of considering building a home or just curious, this tool serves as a guide for you to see what G.T. Issa Premier Homes can do for you. From there, we encourage our customers to review and see what aspects of these floor plans they enjoy and embark on the customization process together before we bring you in for your first meeting.

02 Meeting The Team

Gus and Emily meet with homeowners to really get a feel for their expectations and desires for their dream homes and stay available throughout the entire home-building process. Our supervisors work tirelessly to ensure quality materials and work is done to complete each home in a timely and thorough manner. Additionally, our design and office staff consistently maintain a check on the ins and outs of each individual home being built to make sure your needs are taken care of as our customer.

Building with integrity and with the best possible materials and people allows us to virtually guarantee a smile on your face once your dream home is completed. We prefer to take off as many burdens as possible for you as our customers, which is why we offer the option for you to not take on the construction loan for the start of your home.
